The steps are different for Tizen OS TVs and non-Tizen OS TVs. Tizen OS . If you have a Tizen OS Samsung TV, you have to install it My Samsung UHD "smart" TV has lost its connection to my wireless network (the router is a Netgear R4500). When I try to re-setup the connection, it tells me to push the WPS button on my router. After pushign the button (it starts blinking), a message on my TV gives me a code to enter in my router settings. This applies to the Android, Amazon Firestick/TV/Cube, and Magbox. Use your numeric Username and Password found on the same page. This applies to iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV), Samsung TV, Windows PC app, and Apple OSX app. Note that the service is still in development on Apple TV and Samsung TV.
